Online auction to benefit the APA animal rescue group in Las Cruces

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – The second thrift store of ACTion Programs for Animals (APA) is teaming up with Mesilla Valley Estate Sales for an auction to benefit the nonprofit animal rescue organization .

The auction begins Wednesday, November 23 and ends Wednesday, November 30. Anyone interested in bidding on items should visit NMauctions.com.

“All proceeds from this online auction will be donated to ACTion Programs for Animals,” said APA Executive Director Michel Meunier. “We’ll have over 200 fabulous items to choose from – just in time for the holidays!”

According to a press release, APA is a “progressive animal welfare organization seeking to improve the quality of life for pets in Doña Ana County and to significantly reduce the number of unwanted animals impounded and euthanized at the shelter. municipal”.

Since May 2012, APA has rescued over 5,500 animals.
