Auction of part of the Lake City Masquerade Ball

THE CITY OF THE LAKECS – A baseball signed Pete Rose. Coach bags. A framed script from the pilot episode of “Friends” – signed by each of the Friends. A collectible card signed Walter Payton. A Cowboys helmet bearing the signature of Cee Dee Lamb. These are just a few of the items going up for silent auction Saturday at the ROB in Lake City.

The event begins at 7 p.m. and is part of Lake City’s first masquerade ball featuring live music from Atlanta’s Flavor Big Band and a buffet dinner with cash bar.

Tickets are a $25 donation and available on Eventbrite and at City Hall. Reserved tables are also available for donations of $500 (seats six) and $750 (seats eight).

All proceeds go to the Humanity Intervention program unifying and transforming youth with opportunity.

This YOUTH intervention program enables all Lake City youth to participate in activities such as Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and Police Explorers, regardless of economic status.
