Silent Auction Items/Experiences Needed for All School Reunion – Wadena Pioneer Journal

WADENA – With the all schools meeting taking place June 10-12, the planning committee is looking to host a fantastic silent auction event to help raise money for the scholarship fund.
This is where you or your business comes in. Do you have a product or service that you could donate to the silent auction?
Consider making a donation to help add to the exciting lineup of events planned over the weekend. Donations help support Wolverines graduates now and in the future.

All-School Reunion committee member Kandi Kelderman said the silent auction will be a great opportunity to bid on local produce and help support WDC students. Many returning alumni have probably benefited from some sort of scholarship in the past and this is a great way to give back. Of course, if you’re not looking to take something home, consider the 50/50 draw that will take place at the meeting with a winner to be announced at Saturday’s parade. It’s a chance to line your pocket with money while donating to the scholarship fund. It will also be possible to simply donate a specific scholarship of your choice during the silent auction which should be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday. Winners will be contacted after the event closes.

If you have an item, experience (guided fishing/hunting trip, etc.) or basket of items you would like to donate, contact Kandi Kelderman at 218-639-1855 or [email protected] or Katie Polman at 218 -632-2156 or [email protected] Articles can be dropped off at the college/high school office until Thursday, June 8th. If you need help retrieving an item, please contact the organizers.
If you would like to bid on these items, plan to check them out at the school on Friday, June 10 and Saturday, June 11 at the All Schools Meeting. The objects will be installed in the common part of the college/high school.
