EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – A local library is auctioning off items for the public to take home. The Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library Foundation is auctioning additional office furniture, equipment and supplies through Curran Miller Auction/Realty, Inc.
Auction items can be viewed online or during an in-person visit March 5 at the Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library (EVPL) from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. More details about the auction may be found online.
The Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library Foundation is a 501(c)3 facility that supports the
EVPL. The members of the foundation board are engaged and active members of the community.
The foundation works in partnership with library management and library administrators. Foundation board members support the library through fundraising, volunteerism, and advocacy.
EVPL has served the community for over a century. There are eight locations in Vanderburgh County. These locations provide immediate access to hundreds of thousands of digital resources.
