“Give like a pro” at BCF’s annual auction and festivities, August 11-26

MILWAUKEE – The Brewers Community Foundation offers fans the opportunity to positively impact the community through its highly anticipated annual giving events. The Ultimate Auction, Give Like A Pro Fan Packs and Annual BCF Week return this year, August 11-26, with online and in-person support opportunities.

Back for its 12th year, the “Ultimate auction” offers fans the opportunity to bid on unique Brewers experiences at The annual charity event begins Wednesday August 11 and ends Wednesday August 25. With over two dozen packages available, here are some highlights:

Also running August 11-25, fans will be able to contribute to the Brewers’ charitable branch by purchasing unique pieces. “Give like a pro” fan packs, featuring Brewers items and memorabilia. Fan Packs are a great way for crew supporters and their charitable work to mobilize, fundraise, and support nonprofits that focus on health, education, recreation and basic needs. Options for “Give Life a Pro” fan packs include the Home Run Pack ($ 250), the Extra Bases Pack ($ 100), and the Base Hit Pack ($ 50), with more package details on brewers .com / give.

The annual charity celebration is complemented by BCF week, which takes place during the Brewers’ six-game homestand against the Washington Nationals and Cincinnati Reds, August 20-26. BCF Week features fun activities, games and in the right corner of the Field Level lobby to support the Foundation’s charitable impact in the community. “Give Like a Pro” and “Ultimate Auction” are presented by the Brewers Community Foundation Leadership Council: American Family Insurance, Aurora Health Care®, Delta Dental of Wisconsin, Johnson Controls, Lubar & Co., Molson Coors, Milwaukee Admirals, Northwestern Mutual® and the We Energies Foundation.

BCF harnesses the pride, passion and commitment of Brewers fans, players and other supporters to positively impact the lives of children and their families in the Greater Milwaukee area and across Wisconsin. Over the past decade, BCF has awarded more than 2,000 grants totaling more than $ 19 million to nonprofit organizations in Wisconsin that support programs focused on its four areas of focus: health, education, recreation and basic needs. Approximately 200 non-profit organizations receive funding each year through Foundation initiatives. In addition to the support of Foundation supporters, all players in uniform, their families, team leaders and reception staff donate their time and / or financial resources to BCF.
